TalentSync provides AI-powered recruitment tools, including an autonomous Auto-Apply Agent, Resume Tailoring, and Voice Mock Interviews. We act as an intermediary to help you apply for jobs but do not guarantee employment or interview placement.

3. User Conduct and AI Usage

You agree to use our Auto-Apply feature responsibly. You must provide accurate information in your resume and profile. You are solely responsible for the content submitted to employers via our automated systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform or attempt to submit fraudulent applications.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

TalentSync offers premium subscription tiers. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not missed employment opportunities or data loss.
