Your data is strictly used to provide the TalentSync services. This includes formatting your resume, analyzing your skills against job descriptions, and autonomously submitting your data to third-party employer applicant tracking systems (ATS) on your behalf.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. To provide our core services, we securely share specific data with trusted third parties:

• OpenAI: Your resume text may be processed by OpenAI's APIs to generate tailored cover letters and answer custom application questions. OpenAI does not use your data to train their models.
• Supabase: Your data is encrypted and securely stored in our managed database and storage buckets.
• Employers: When you activate Auto-Apply, your data is submitted directly to the employers you match with.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including Row-Level Security (RLS) in Supabase and encrypted HTTPS connections, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your TalentSync dashboard.
